Nooitgedacht Trout Lodge is a luxury establishment situated in Mpumalanga province, South Africa, approximately three hours east of Johannesburg. Set within a nature reserve, the lodge serves as a romantic retreat, fly fishing destination, corporate event venue, and intimate wedding location.

The on-site Nooitgedacht Trout Hatchery, operating for over 50 years within the Mount Anderson Catchment Reserve, is a commercial facility known for supplying high-quality trout to fishing venues throughout South Africa. The hatchery maintains a commitment to producing blemish-free fish that provide excellent angling opportunities.
