Noordhoek House

Noordhoek House is a split-storey residence situated on the banks of a lake. It provides accommodations for holidaymakers to enjoy their vacation. The sleeping quarters are separate from the lake-facing lounge, terrace area, and the solar-heated courtyard pool with a wooden decking.

The open-plan dining, living, and kitchen area is a light and airy space where occupants may find themselves spending a significant portion of their time. The kitchen and separate scullery are fully equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, ice machine, and dishwasher. It also comes with a Nespresso coffee machine.

A separate TV and playroom opens up to the garden and includes satellite and Apple TV, a DVD player, and an iPhone and iPod docking station for playing music. The house itself is divided into a double-storey section that houses four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The upstairs master bedroom has a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding hills.

Guests can relax and enjoy the garden, lake, and mountain views or use the rubber dinghy boat with an electric motor to experience the sunsets or sundowners on the lake. Table tennis equipment is available for children's use.
