Nsala Wilderness Camp

Nsala Wilderness Camp is situated in the Umbabat Private Nature Reserve, sharing unfenced borders with the Kruger National Park, Timbavati, and Klaserie Private Nature Reserves. This intimate safari destination is strategically positioned on the banks of a dry riverbed, offering an authentic African wilderness experience.

The camp features thatched chalets extending from the main area, which houses a swimming pool, lounge, dining area, and boma. Each fully enclosed chalet is equipped with sliding wooden glass doors opening onto private patios. The accommodations feature convertible king-size beds with premium linens, and some units include additional single beds. All chalets have en-suite bathrooms with showers, powered by a windmill water supply system and traditional wood-fired donkey boilers for heating.

The communal areas include a wooden deck outdoor lounge offering panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness and a waterhole frequently visited by local wildlife. The camp's boma area features a fire pit for evening gatherings, and the swimming pool provides refreshing relief from the African heat.

Safari activities include twice-daily game drives complete with refreshments, and the camp can arrange special bush dining experiences. The property's design incorporates khaki tones, rich wood grains, and terracotta finishes, allowing it to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
