The lodge is surrounded by a lush garden, which is perfect for birdwatching or simply relaxing and enjoying nature at its best. Ntafufu Eco Lodge is off the beaten track and off the grid. It collects rainwater for its water supply and provides a small solar system for guests to charge their phones, cameras, and other devices. There are no televisions on the premises.
The lodge uses candles and bio-fuel oil lamps, creating a calm and romantic atmosphere in the evenings. It is situated in a dark area, which is ideal for stargazing without the interference of electric lights. Ntafufu Eco Lodge promotes eco-friendly tourist accommodation and activities, and strives to minimize its impact on the environment.
The lodge has a limited occupancy, typically accommodating no more than 14 people at a time, unless the entire lodge is booked, in which case it can accommodate up to 26 people. To access the beach, the lodge rents out two-seater canoes, as there is no car access to the beach. The lodge has four rondavels, each equipped with double beds, and one or two single beds can be added. The rondavels are bedrooms only, and all bedding is provided.
