Number Eleven

Number Eleven is a self-contained, self-catering villa located at the Heads, on the edge of the Knysna Lagoon, situated near the water's edge. It offers discerning guests a combination of comfortable spacious living and breathtaking views over the scenic Knysna lagoon. The villa features four luxurious, spacious bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a king-size extra length bed, an en-suite bathroom, a balcony, a TV, and air conditioning. The second bedroom also has a king-size extra length bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and air conditioning, but it is situated on the ground floor and has stairs leading out to the garden.

The third bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with stairs leading out to the garden. It has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, air conditioning, as well as a lounge area and a study. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, air conditioning, and stairs leading out to the garden.

Number Eleven features a large and luxuriously furnished living room and a comfortable TV room that can be converted into an additional bedroom. The dining room leads to a long balcony, all overlooking the Knysna Lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and the kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including luxury Le Creuset cookware. A Weber gas cooker facilitates outdoor entertaining.

The villa has a lush indigenous garden with a pathway that leads directly to the beach. The calm and shallow shores of the lagoon allow safe swimming for children and provide endless opportunities for water sports. Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available on the beach. The area offers guests activities such as water sports, wildlife experiences, forest experiences, golf, and horse riding.
