Numbi Valley De Rust Farmstay is a permaculture farm located in a secluded Klein Karoo valley, surrounded by natural vegetation and offering magnificent views of the Swartberg mountains. The farm has one self-catering guest cottage with its own private spring-fed plunge pool. It is situated 12 km away from the De Rust village and the beginning of the Meiringspoort, accessible by a scenic drive through the rural Middelplaas Valley.

The farm provides tranquil walks and mountain bike routes on calm country roads, and is in close proximity to other attractions such as the Cango Caves and Swartberg Pass along the eastern Klein Karroo. It features a relaxing shaded entertainment area over the pool area and an outdoor fireplace. By arrangement, guests can enjoy catered wood-fired pizza meals from the farm's pizza oven or a rejuvenating herb bath in an outdoor cob fire bath.

Kath, the owner, is a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor and offers daily yoga sessions in the beautiful cob studio. She is also a qualified Trigger point masseuse, providing full-body massages in the studio overlooking the Swartberg mountains. The farm sells organic fresh vegetables, fruit, olive oil, and raw honey, and guests are encouraged to use these products during their stay or order a basket to take home.

Numbi Valley De Rust Farmstay is a pet-friendly farm with free wi-fi available in the guest cottage. The cottage has one main bedroom with a queen-size bed and percale linen, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a futon in the open-plan lounge area, accommodating up to five guests. The cottage offers a private plunge pool area, magnificent views of the Swartberg mountains, and an outdoor braai area for romantic evenings under the Karoo stars, making it a perfect romantic getaway for couples.
