Oak View Manor

Oak View Manor is a picturesque retreat situated in the charming town of Heidelberg, located 43 km from the breathtaking Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve. It offers four luxurious rooms, each designed to provide a serene ambiance with elegant furnishings, modern amenities, and plush comforts. One of the rooms is situated in the main house on the second floor, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, microwaves, kettles, and soothing showers. Guests can enjoy a well-appointed desk or relax in the cozy seating area. Oak View Manor serves a delectable Full English/Irish and vegetarian breakfast each morning, and lunch and dinner can be arranged upon request. The Red and Pink Room can accommodate a sleeper couch or single bed at an additional cost of R300, subject to prior arrangement with the management.

Heidelberg, named after its German counterpart, is a charming town with a rich history and natural beauty. It is located just off the N3 highway, approximately 50 kilometers outside of Johannesburg, and is in proximity to the majestic Suikerbosrand. Guests can explore the town's intriguing past, from its humble beginnings as a trading store on the Langlaagte farm to its enduring legacy as the birthplace of the iconic Woodstock Music Festival.

Oak View Manor offers a spacious private suite with a double-bed, self-catering kitchenette, en-suite shower, and toilet. A braai area is located nearby, and with advance notice, a single bed can be added for an additional charge of R300. Breakfast, an iron, and an ironing board are available upon request.
