Obaa Sima Guest House is an elegant guest house located in Umtata, just five minutes from the town center. It offers guests a choice of staying in one of the lovely Executive or Standard Rooms, which are arranged in a way to ensure privacy for each guest.

The Executive Rooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds, while the Standard Rooms have double beds. Each room has a private bathroom that consists of a bath and a shower. Linen as well as electric blankets are provided, and each room is equipped with a satellite TV. The rooms are air-conditioned.

A selection of full breakfasts, lunch, and dinner are available upon request, and catering for special functions can also be arranged. Guests can relax in the lounge, which is equipped with a TV, or cool off in the swimming pool. Braai facilities are available on the premises.
