Ocean Breeze 305 is a privately owned unit located within the Ocean Breeze Hotel in Strand. The unit can accommodate two adults and potentially two small children on the sleeper couch. It features an equipped kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and bar fridge. Cutlery and crockery are provided for guests' convenience. The unit is equipped with DStv offering a hotel bouquet. Additionally, it has a separate bathroom with an over-the-bath shower.

Guests of Ocean Breeze 305 can enjoy access to the communal swimming pool and the stunning beaches in the vicinity. Please note that a cleaning fee of R150 is payable directly in cash to the housekeeper, Jezberry, upon arrival. Guests are also required to SMS or WhatsApp Jezberry to arrange a meeting time at the Hotel Reception to receive the keys. On the day of departure, guests must coordinate directly with Jezberry to return the keys. Guests can obtain Jezberry's contact details from Rene, the owner of the apartment.

The apartment features a king-size bed and a sleeper couch to accommodate additional guests. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath and an overhead shower. All necessary linens and bath towels are provided for the guests' comfort during their stay.
