The Ocean Breeze 43 is a holiday accommodation situated in close proximity to the main Winkelspruit beach, eliminating the need to cross roads. It is a two-bedroom apartment, one bedroom featuring a queen bed and the other equipped with two sets of bunk beds. The rental does not include linen, towels, toiletries, or kitchen dishwashing liquid, which guests are required to provide.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with standard cooking essentials, including a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, stove, and under-counter oven. The spacious bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower. The open-plan lounge area includes a TV with an installed open-view decoder, and DSTV is available for guests who bring their own decoder (not Explora) and smart card. The lounge leads onto the ground floor patio, furnished with a six-seater picnic bench. The patio can also be accessed from the main bedroom. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with fans, and a private safe is provided for valuables.

While the simplex does not face the sea directly, it overlooks a grand, sparkling pool surrounded by lush, relaxing gardens and has its own private access to the beach just meters away. A carport is provided for one car and has space for one trailer. The property is completely fenced with remote-controlled access at the main gate and a key for direct beach access. For added security, there is a 24-hour security patrol.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the gardens and the main beach at the entertainment area, which is central to the complex. Lapas with benches are available for relaxation and braai (barbeque) facilities are located just steps away from the sea. A gate leads onto the beach (locked for security purposes), where a lagoon, fishing rock (shad area), and tidal pools for adults and kids can be found. The main beach is fully protected by shark nets and patrolled by qualified lifeguards, making it perfect for long relaxing walks or early morning jogging. The sea is also suitable for adventure activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, and kayaking.

Despite the amazing views and beachfront location, the property is in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, doctors, and pharmacies. The Galleria, Arbour Crossing, and Makro are all approximately 10 minutes away, offering a variety of shopping and entertainment options, including a movie theater, ice rink, and games arcade, ideal for rainy days. The unit is cleaned and serviced daily (except Sundays and public holidays), with a friendly supervisor on-site for any queries and advice.
