Ocean Ii Diaz Beach

The Ocean II Diaz Beach apartment is a three-bedroom unit that can accommodate up to six guests. It offers 180-degree views of Mossel Bay from the second floor of the complex. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean. The apartment features a large enclosed balcony with a gas barbecue, three bedrooms, one double bed, and two twin bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, basin, and toilet.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedding is provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels. The living room includes a TV, DST, a DVD player, and a Hi-Fi system. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, lounge, and TV room. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove with oven, iron, and kettle.

The spacious enclosed balcony features a gas braai and seating for up to six guests. Basement parking and a lock-up garage are available. The complex offers a swimming pool and a barbeque braai area next to the pool. Amenities are within walking distance, and there is a private entrance to and from the beach. Security measures include a guard at the gate and a remote-controlled entrance to the unit. A security/breakage deposit of up to R1500 may be charged.
