Ocean Valley View

Ocean Valley View is a self-catering accommodation situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Morgan Bay. It offers comfortable and relaxing lodging within easy walking distance of the sea. The house is positioned to take advantage of the wonderful 180-degree views which look onto the ocean, greenbelt valley, and cliffs. Guests can observe the sea-spray shower as waves crash into the rocks, and they can relax on the balconies upstairs or on the deck while enjoying the scenery.

The house is furnished as a fresh and comfortable family retreat, sleeping up to eight guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, open-plan living area comprising an entrance area, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a large wooden deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Hi-Fi are available in the living room, but guests are required to bring their own DStv smart card and decoder. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The first, or upper, floor has three bedrooms, each leading onto its own balcony. The main en-suite bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet, basin, and a shower. All bedding is supplied, but guests are requested to bring their own towels. An outside braai is available.

The house is situated 250 meters from the sea and 700 meters from Morgan Bay's beach. Rates vary according to the season, length of stay, and the number of people booking, ranging between R 1200 and R 1800 per night for the house.
