The Ocean Vista At Princes Grant Golf Estate is a luxurious home situated among the grand old sugar estates on the North Coast, approximately 45 minutes drive from Durban. It is located within the Prince's Grant Golf Club and Country Estate, which is considered the crown jewel of this picturesque stretch of the Indian Ocean. The house is renowned for having one of the most spectacular ocean views on the estate.

The home features five large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or en-suite, accommodating up to 10 guests. It has an inviting entertainment area with a lounge, dining room, and an open-plan kitchen. Additionally, there is a second lounge with a ping-pong table and two magnificent grand balconies that offer breathtaking ocean panoramas. Aluminium stacking doors allow the balconies to seamlessly integrate with the entertainment areas, bringing the sea breeze and spectacular views inside. Every bedroom and all entertainment areas boast magnificent ocean views or overlook the private pool in the central courtyard.

The house has a lavish feel, with extra-large rooms, extensive use of natural products including granite countertops and sandstone flooring, and modern furnishings and decor throughout. The modern kitchen includes a huge American-style refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and an essential dishwasher. During their stay, guests have access to the estate's facilities and are entitled to a preferential green fee rate.

Amenities in the home include five bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and three with two single beds each), an American-style refrigerator/freezer, a braai/barbecue area, a dishwasher, a garage with electronic doors, a microwave, an outdoor pool with a safety net, overhead fans in all bedrooms and entertainment areas, a television with a full DStv package, a washing machine, and a dryer. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
