Most rooms are self-catering and offer panoramic sea views, en-suite bath or shower rooms, and air-conditioning (extra charge of R200 per day per room). The bedlinen and towels are made of fresh cotton, with duvets and pillows available in down or polyester.

The kitchens are equipped with a cooker, hob, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Just five minutes' walk away is one of the longest stretches of white sandy beach in Cape Town, and the city center is within easy reach. The accommodation is set on the slopes of the mountain, enjoying uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and magnificent sunsets. Two acres of peaceful terraced gardens lead through shady bowers to sunny decks, with plenty of parking available.

Noordhoek is a delightfully unspoilt rural area, located on the Atlantic side of the Cape Peninsula between Table Mountain and the Cape of Good Hope, just 25 minutes' drive from Cape Town's city center. Its unrivalled, pristine beach is a 6 km stretch of pure white sand, backed by wetlands and hemmed by lacy surf. In the springtime, whales can be seen basking in the bay, and sunset horse rides are offered all year round. Close by, the charming Noordhoek Village offers local shopping and first-class dining. The guesthouse also has a large tree bar with tables and chairs, where guests can eat or drink and watch beautiful sunsets.

Oceangolf Guesthouse is committed to being environmentally friendly and reducing its carbon footprint. It relies on solar power for almost its entire energy usage and draws water from deep underground reserves alongside extensive water capture. Guests can enjoy hot showers and a heated pool, knowing the warmth comes directly from the sun and the water is unaffected by drought.

The guesthouse has implemented various eco-friendly measures, including solar power for hot water and electricity generation, energy-saving bulbs, PIR solar LED outdoor lighting, a borehole for water supply, and a commercial purification system. Water-saving measures such as reduced-flow-rate taps and water-saving toilet flushes have been installed. The guesthouse regularly monitors its energy and water consumption to ensure no wastage and aims to meet the standards outlined by the Green Tourism Business Scheme.

Please note that Oceangolf Guesthouse is not a party/events venue, and prior permission from management is required. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 8 am. A licensed bar is available, but guests are not permitted to bring their own drinks.
