Odeon Beach Break is an executive apartment located in Odeon Towers on Beach Road in Strand. It offers magnificent views. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a 3/4 sleeper couch that can accommodate one person, and premium DStv and Wi-Fi Internet access. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The building provides guests with access to a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, a laundry, and free parking on the premises in an entry-controlled garage, with Odeon Beach Break having its own dedicated parking bay. Across the road, there is a public olympic-size swimming pool that offers free access to pensioners.
