The Ongoye View Residence is a villa located on a spacious plot in Mtunzini, a few minutes away from the Indian Ocean, the beach, and the golf course. It is situated approximately an hour away from the wildlife parks. The villa features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area, accommodating between two and ten guests. It is an ideal accommodation option for families and couples seeking a relaxing and nature-oriented getaway.

The four bedrooms, located downstairs, are furnished with modern decor, and there are two bathrooms available. The upstairs living area comprises a large sofa, a dining table, and designer chairs surrounding an open fireplace. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen. One of the villa's standout features is its large private rim-flow pool, complemented by two verandas and an outdoor staircase leading into the pool, offering stunning views for enjoying sundowners.

Daily cleaning services are provided for the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Guests are requested to adhere to a strict policy prohibiting parties, receptions, or functions within the villa and property. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to remove linens, towels, and collect any trash on floors or tables and dispose of it in the designated bins before leaving.

The Ongoye View Residence is conveniently situated within an hour's drive from the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve, renowned for its Big Five and beautiful natural surroundings, as well as the private Thula Thula Game Reserve near Empangeni. The villa overlooks the Ongoye hills, offering breathtaking and colorful sunset views from the outdoor stand.

Recreational activities in the area include a 9-hole golf course at the Mtunzini Country Club, which overlooks the Indian Ocean and offers moderate entry fees, golf cart facilities, and caddie services. The villa is also ideal for families with children due to its large rim-flow swimming pool and spacious garden. Additionally, it is located just 2 kilometers from the beautiful North Coast beach, which features a lagoon suitable for fishing and boating activities.

Please note that the rates displayed are for guests up to 5 people. For larger groups of 6 to 10 persons, a 30% surcharge is applicable. The villa can accommodate a maximum of ten guests.
