Oppiplasie Guest House is an eco-friendly and off-the-grid accommodation situated in the bushveld, surrounded by lush greenery in the summer months and a typical dried bushveld in winter months. It is completely solar-powered and utilizes borehole water. The guest house features a separate lounge for guests to enjoy time by themselves, as well as several relaxation areas in the garden. The home is predominantly open-plan in design, ensuring a great stay for visitors.

Oppiplasie Guest House is located in the center of the breadbasket of Gauteng when it comes to vegetable production. The area offers opportunities for dangerous game viewing and proximity to homemade gin and beer tastings in the Hartbeespoort region. The guest house has a unique relationship with their dear friends at Africa Wild Cats, where guests can enjoy a 90-minute guided tour surrounded by Africa's wildest cats, including white tigers and lions, at an additional charge with bookings made directly with the guest house.

Nearby attractions include Dikhololo, which is a few minutes away, and Klein Paradys, which is even closer. Visitors are recommended to visit Beestekraal Stasie Restaurant & pub for great food and an awesome atmosphere. Oppiplasie Guest House is closely affiliated with Africa Wild Cats, who offer 90-minute guided tours through their endangered animal enclosures, with access to picnic and pool facilities. The guest house can create romantic experiences for those seeking VIP treatment, such as cheese and wine tastings in the bush or beautiful stargazing nights, with several packages available. However, golf facilities are not available on-site.

The guest house features an upstairs games room with billiards and a pool table. Outside, there is a large lawn area for outdoor activities and a seasonal splash pool for the time being, with plans to build a proper bush pool later in the year. The guest house is still being created but allows early and rustic bookings. There are several camping spots in the bush on the property, although no power points or bush lavatories are available yet. The private room downstairs has its own exterior entrance, featuring views of the front garden and fountain, a patio with outside seating, a queen-size bed, cupboard space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
