Otium Oasis Glamping & Camping

Otium Oasis Glamping & Camping is situated in Tesselaarsdal, surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Overberg region. It offers a serene and relaxing getaway experience. The establishment is owned by the Nel family and is located on a rustic yet serene farm covered in fynbos and shady trees. It is in close proximity to Caledon (21 kilometers), Stanford (38 kilometers), Hermanus (45 kilometers), and Cape Town (150 kilometers). The last twenty minutes of the journey is on a dirt road.

Otium Oasis Glamping & Camping was created with the intention of sharing the farm's tranquil and peaceful environment with visitors. The creation of the glamping and camping facilities was a labor of love, involving the construction of tented chalets and a camping area, the introduction of springbuck, zebras, alpacas, and other animals, as well as the installation of a pool and playground. The owners have fulfilled their dream of creating a sanctuary for all to enjoy.

The Alpaca tent is ideal for a romantic getaway, offering privacy and seclusion from the other tents. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The premises are safe and feature a children's playground and a swimming pool. Interaction with the resident alpacas and other animals is encouraged, and cycling on the premises is also a safe activity.

The brand new addition to the collection of tents is set right inside the forest, providing a feeling of seclusion and privacy. It is fully equipped with an inside bathroom, an outdoor hot tub, a private braai area, and a boma. This tent can accommodate up to four guests.
