Ou Klipskuur

Ou Klipskuur is a self-catering accommodation located approximately 24 km outside of the Northern Cape town of Fraserburg. It offers quality, farm-style accommodation with three units and a camping site. The units are named Oude Klip, Oude Skuur, and Ou Klipskuur-Annex.

Each unit comprises one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The Oude Klip unit has a double bed and a double sleeper couch, while the Oude Skuur unit has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. The Oude Skuur unit also features a TV with DStv. The en-suite bathrooms in these units have a shower, toilet, and basin.

The Ou Klipskuur-Annex unit has a double bed, and its en-suite bathroom features a bath, toilet, and basin. All bedrooms are equipped with electric blankets for cold winter nights, hair dryers, and ceiling fans or fans.

Each unit has a comfortable seating and reading corner. Depending on the unit, there is either a lovely gas heater or a fireplace. The Oudeklip unit has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and a fireplace, while the Oude Klip and Oude Skuur units have braai facilities. The Oude Skuur and Ou Klipskuur-Annex units have kitchen nooks with heat and eat facilities.

The camping site consists of three sites with ample space for three two-men tents. Ablution facilities, a farm dam, and portable braai facilities are also offered. Secure covered parking for vehicles is available, and free Wi-Fi is provided.

Activities on the farm include relaxing next to the farm dam, hiking and mountain biking trails, bird watching, and exploring the Fraserburg area. Nearby attractions include the Skurweberg Trail, Williston Mall, and Map - Modern Art Project.
