Overmeer Guest House

The Overmeer Guest House in Knysna consists of two houses. One is a luxury 4-star graded house offering beautiful views of the Knysna Lagoon, while the other is a standard house with limited views, and rates quoted are for rooms only, without breakfast. The guest house caters to budget travelers and provides exceptional value for money.

The property offers breathtaking views of the Garden Route, which can be enjoyed from virtually any area. All of the 4-star quality appointed rooms feature a spa bath, tea/coffee making facilities, and a balcony providing sweeping views of the mountains and estuary.

Overmeer Guest House has nine luxury rooms that are 4-star graded, as well as three standard rooms and a standard family unit situated in an annex on the same property. The standard rooms are not graded. Both the standard and luxury rooms offer spacious en-suite accommodations with smart TVs, bar fridges, hair dryers, pure cotton linen, safes, tea kitchenettes, and private entrances. The standard rooms and family unit have patios or balconies, while the additional nine luxury rooms feature full bathrooms, spa baths, and balconies.

The rooms are equipped with mini-bar fridges and microwave ovens. The establishment facilities include a swimming pool, laundry service, secure parking, and free FIBRE wireless internet access. The guest house offers assistance in making restaurant and activity bookings on behalf of guests, drawing from a database that extends to surrounding towns and the Garden Route.

King-size or single beds are available upon request. The luxury rooms have open-plan full bathrooms with separate toilets, private spa baths, tea and coffee kitchenettes, TVs, bar fridges, lagoon views, and air conditioning. These rooms are situated on the first floor and are classified as 4-star graded.
