Overvaal Gastehuis

The Overvaal Gastehuis is a guesthouse located 27 kilometers outside of Ermelo on the Piet Retief Road. It offers a large child-friendly house with four spacious en-suite bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an open-plan living area that features a fireplace, DStv, wireless Internet access, an indoor braai area, and daily cleaning services. It also has two separate flats, each accommodating two guests. The flats have self-catering kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.

Nearby, there are several dams that are excellent for adrenaline-pumping water sports activities, as well as fishing, swimming, and bird watching. The majestic town of Ermelo is situated between the grass and wetlands region of the Mpumalanga Province and is surrounded by maize, cattle, wool, and sunflower farms. The two separate flats are comfortably furnished self-catering units, ideal for couples. One flat has a double bed, while the other flat has two three-quarter beds, and both have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms.
