Paddabult Guest Cottages

Paddabult Guest Cottages are situated on the historic Bloemendal farm, which was established by a grant in 1674 from Governor Simon van der Stel. The cottages are surrounded by lush vineyards and the imposing Boland mountains provide a picturesque backdrop. These beautifully designed hillside cottages offer a unique pastoral experience.

The cottages are equidistant from the towns of Franschhoek, Paarl, and Stellenbosch, and are located just 45 minutes away from Cape Town International Airport and the V&A Waterfront. Despite their proximity to these urban areas, Paddabult Guest Cottages provide a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, offering total relaxation on a working citrus farm.

The tastefully appointed cottages can accommodate up to four people each, with two bedrooms and one bathroom featuring a shower. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and living room with a TV have large sliding doors that lead to an extensive patio with a built-in barbecue facility, providing breathtaking views of the farm and surrounding mountain ranges.

The cottages are perfectly equipped for families who are comfortable sharing one bathroom. Additionally, they feature an inverter system for Wi-Fi, TV, phone charging USB ports, and lights, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
