The property is in good condition and provides amenities such as DSTV, Wi-Fi, excellent security features including fully fenced, gated, beams, and armed response. The living area is spacious and opens onto an undercover deck, ideal for outdoor dining. The well-equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, and other necessary appliances. The house is not serviced, but a maid can be rented from a local cleaning agency.

Paddy's Place can accommodate a maximum of 11 adults and 4 children under 10 years old, with a total capacity of 15 guests. All bed linen, bath, and beach towels are provided. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, and hangers. The property consists of four bedrooms, a loft, and an outdoor flat with an en-suite shower, toilet, and basin. The bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged as follows: Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed with an en-suite full bathroom, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds, Bedroom 4 has one single bed, the loft has two bunk beds suitable for four children under 10, and there is a separate family bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The outdoor flat has one double bed and two single beds, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet.

The property offers one small garage and undercover parking for a second car, with additional parking space within the premises. Outdoor facilities include a Weber grill and a built-in braai area, but there is no pool. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. The property caters exclusively to "nucleus" family holidays and does not allow groups of adults or functions of any kind.

Additional charges include a breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, which is refundable if no breakages occur. During peak season (December and January), specific minimum stay requirements apply, such as a 14-night minimum stay if including both Christmas and New Year, or 10-night minimum stays for either Christmas or New Year periods. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum 5-7 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary bookings.
