Pafuri Rivercamp is a rustic tented tree-house camp and secluded bush camp situated on the banks of the Mutale River, a tributary to the Limpopo River. It is located in rural Venda, adjacent to the Makuya Nature Reserve and approximately 4 kilometers from the Pafuri Gate of the Kruger National Park. The lodge comprises five private camps, with each camp accommodating between two to eight beds and featuring its own ablutions, kitchen, braai area, and river frontage.

The camp offers guests the opportunity to explore, enjoy birdwatching, partake in walking trails, or simply relax in the friendly and informal atmosphere, which has contributed to its popularity among returning visitors. Guests have the option to self-cater in the privacy of their own camp site or enjoy a cold drink at the bush pub. Pafuri Rivercamp serves as an ideal stopover for travelers en-route through the Kruger National Park, Zimbabwe, or Mozambique, providing an opportunity to immerse oneself in the bush environment.

The camping experience at Pafuri Rivercamp offers guests the chance to camp under the shade of large indigenous trees, as nature intended. The camp provides a no-frills, electricity-free experience, allowing guests to connect with the bush. The ablutions have both hot and cold running water.
