Palmeiras Lodge Oshikango

Palmeiras Lodge is situated in Oshikango, Namibia, just 1 km from the city center and opposite Triple D Gym. The property, which spans 18,003 square meters of secured grounds, underwent complete renovation and upgrading between 2017 and 2019.

The lodge offers 18 comfortable luxury rooms, comprising 13 standard rooms and 5 self-catering units. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room features a private bathroom and a covered veranda with table and chairs. Room configurations range from single rooms with mid-sized beds to double rooms with various bed combinations, and self-catering units with kitchenette facilities.

The establishment boasts several facilities including a restaurant serving an à la carte menu and pizza, a bar, garden, private lounge, and conference area. The premises features granite-tiled flooring throughout the common areas. For families, there is a children's playground on-site. Guests have complimentary access to the fully-equipped Triple D Gymnasium located across the street, which serves 400 active members.

The lodge caters to various dining preferences, offering indoor restaurant service, outdoor dining under a Lapa, and special group catering options including platters, lamb roast, and traditional Namibian barbecue. An American breakfast is served daily, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Located in the Ohangwena region of Namibia, the lodge is positioned in an area known for its subsistence agriculture, particularly mahangu cultivation and cattle farming. The region borders Angola's Cunene Province and benefits from good paved road connections to major routes, including the Oshakati-Tsumeb trunk road.
