Park House Lodge is an old estate situated beside a park in a tropical garden, surrounded by 400-year-old milkwood trees, and is one of the oldest estates along the Garden Route. The Lodge was built in 1860 and features wonderful Yellowwood and Oregon pine woodwork, as well as stunning artwork. It is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in central old Mossel Bay.

The lush garden features an extensive herb garden, old palm, banana, and papaya trees, providing the perfect setting for a sumptuous breakfast or traditional dinner served from the grand farm-style kitchen. The tastefully decorated rooms combine comfort and easy living reminiscent of the 19th century, ensuring a peaceful night's rest with a taste of a bygone era. A tranquil Victorian veranda with 140-year-old glass and woodwork surrounds the house and overlooks the Harry Giddy Botanical Park.

The Lodge has 11 rooms, some with en-suite bathrooms and others with shared bathrooms. It features spacious living areas indoors and outdoors, as well as a lively and informative travel desk. The establishment promises personal service to help guests make the most of their time and money by arranging trips and activities at no additional cost and assisting with itinerary planning.

The 11 rooms at the Lodge overlook the nice garden or the beautiful park. All rooms are equipped with linen, towels, and hairdryers. Tea and coffee-making facilities are also provided for guests.
