The Pashasha Beach House derives its name from the Xhosa word meaning 'all good', which encapsulates the principles on which this breezy beach house was created in an 'all good', thoroughly South African way for fun, relaxation and luxury. It is situated in charming Sandbaai.

The elegantly furnished and fully-equipped house has been designed with open spaces and clean lines. It is located a minute's walk from a magnificent beach and can accommodate up to eight people. The large open-plan kitchen features a modern granite-topped bar counter, which forms the heart of the home, ideal for entertaining.

The house is equipped with Balau wooden decking at the front and back, creating two separate entertainment areas with mountain and sea views, respectively. French doors give the living rooms a modern, airy feel, and one can catch a glimpse of the ocean and lush Milk Woods from the large open-plan kitchen and outside deck.

The sandy beach, which is a minute's walk away, has rock pools, exciting little coves, safe swimming for children, and a very popular surf spot. Just beyond Sandbaai, the Hemel-en-Aarde village offers a variety of shops, farm stalls, galleries, studios, jewelers, restaurants, and a wine route, which is a popular way to spend most of a day. However, what makes Sandbaai unique is its position, sandwiched between the sea and the slopes of the Onrust Mountains between the Onrus River and Hermanus, making it truly one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

All linen and towels are supplied, with the linen being 100% cotton. The outside entertainment area features a table and chairs, a long table with benches, and a wood-fired barbecue. The patios at the front and back allow for easy flow.
