Pat Busch Mountain Reserve

Pat Busch Mountain Reserve is located at the end of a country road and is surrounded by high mountains. The reserve offers a variety of self-catering accommodation options, including several cottages, a large farmhouse, and two exclusive units that can accommodate up to 46 guests in total.

Guests at the reserve can enjoy various outdoor activities such as hiking trails, mountain biking, birding, swimming, and fishing in the freshwater mountain dam. The tranquil surroundings, abundant bird life, and star-filled evenings provide an opportunity for visitors to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and unwind.

The reserve features a rustic banquet hall and lush meadows, making it an ideal venue for conferences, retreats, functions, or weddings. Outdoor wedding facilities and a small hall area are available for weddings and events, and wedding packages can be arranged upon inquiry.

Additionally, the Nightjar & Hadeda Cottages offer woodfired outdoor hot tubs for a romantic evening under the stars. The reserve provides a wonderful outdoor space for children to ride bikes and play from sunrise until sunset, as well as a small play area, rowboats on the dam, and a swimming pool (adult supervision is required at all times).

The fully equipped self-catering farmhouse can accommodate up to 25 people and features an indoor fireplace in the lounge area, a private garden with beautiful views, an outside braai area with potjie and utensils, and an undercover balcony stoep. There is also a smart TV in the second lounge and a dishwasher.
