Pavetta Country House

Pavetta Country House, situated in Magoebaskloof, Limpopo Province, South Africa, offers a peaceful retreat away from urban life with limited mobile connectivity (MTN coverage only). The property features two self-catering houses positioned alongside a pine and indigenous forest, overlooking a Haenertsburg Trout Association trophy dam where catch-and-release fishing is permitted with barbless flies.

Waters Edge House accommodates up to eight adults and two small children across three bedrooms. The main bedroom includes space for two adults and two small children, while two downstairs bedrooms each sleep two people. Additional sleeping space is available on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The house is fully equipped for self-catering with three bathrooms, including an en-suite in the main bedroom.

Forest Residence provides accommodation for ten people across five bedrooms, featuring a spacious deck with scenic views perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Two bedrooms have en-suite facilities, including the main bedroom, while the remaining three bedrooms share a bathroom. The residence includes a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas.

The property recommends 4x4 vehicles for access. Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00, with flexibility subject to availability. No pets are permitted at either residence. The location offers numerous activities in the surrounding Magoebaskloof area, with the Kruger National Park accessible within a 90-minute drive.

Both houses are serviced daily and come fully equipped with linen and towels. Guests need to provide their own food, drinks, and toiletries, while firewood for the fireplaces is supplied. The area offers various activities including hiking, bird watching, and visits to local attractions such as the Big Baobab Tree, Modjadji Cycad Forest, and Agatha Crocodile Farm.
