Pebble Beach 35

Pebble Beach 35 is a self-catering apartment located on the third floor of a secure complex on Shakas Rock main beach. The complex provides uninterrupted sea views and is situated near various restaurants, shopping malls, and golf courses. This three-bedroom penthouse apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation to an extremely high standard.

The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains two single beds, while the third bedroom has two bunk beds. These two rooms share a second bathroom with a bath and shower. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the entire apartment has air conditioning installed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine, and tumble dryer, as well as crockery and cutlery to serve six people. The lounge area has a TV with full DSTV access and opens up onto the furnished balcony, which also includes a gas braai.

The complex offers a lovely swimming pool area, and two secure parking spaces are provided, one of which is undercover. Access to the complex is controlled by remote control. It is important to note that the unit is not wheelchair accessible due to the presence of three flights of stairs. A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays and public holidays. Linen is provided, but guests are responsible for bringing their own dish towels, bath towels, and beach towels.
