Pennington4U provides comfortable self-catering accommodation in a quiet house located in the tranquil area of Pennington. The house is situated within a 15-minute walking distance from the beach, making it an ideal location for business travelers, golfers, and holidaymakers.

The Main House consists of three bedrooms, an open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have private entrances, and all rooms are furnished with ceiling fans, bar fridges, and TVs with selected DStv channels. There is a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, complete with ceiling fans. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering purposes, and the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas offer sea views.

Additionally, there is a separate Family Room available for rent. This room is located on a lower level than the Main House and features its own private entrance. The Family Room can accommodate up to three guests and includes a double bed, a single bed, an en-suite shower, a ceiling fan, a TV with selected DStv channels, and a kitchenette.

Braai facilities are available in the front garden, and the house is protected by a security system with armed response. Ample parking space is provided. The house is pet-friendly, allowing small dogs if pre-arranged.
