'Perissa 38' is a wheelchair-friendly unit with three bedrooms that offers spacious accommodation and lovely sea views. It is situated in Ocean Drive, Ballito, an ideal location close to various shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms each contain twin single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove and oven, as well as cutlery and crockery. Amenities such as Wi-Fi and a smart TV are provided. The unit has two showers but no bathtub. The living area leads to a balcony with sea views and outdoor dining furniture.
