Periwinkle Place is a self-catering holiday home located in the village of Kommetjie on the Atlantic Coastline. It is a modern and spacious establishment that offers a secure and peaceful environment, situated a short distance from the renowned Long Beach. The establishment features European standard furnishings and exquisite decor, creating an elegant and luxurious atmosphere.

The single-storey house comprises two en-suite bedrooms, a stylish lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate outdoor entertainment area. It has direct access to a solar-heated pool (seasonal), surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck, allowing guests to relax and unwind in ultimate comfort. It is important to note that there might be other guests staying on the premises in a separate building, sharing the pool area.

For convenience, Periwinkle Place offers a private terrace with a braai facility, perfect for outdoor barbecues. The property also provides secure open parking for one car behind a remote-controlled gate. It is worth noting that the premises are not available for parties, ensuring a peaceful and serene environment for all guests. Additionally, the apartment is ideally suited for four guests, with the option to accommodate one or two additional guests in the sleeper lounge upon request only.

Periwinkle Place is situated in the quaint village of Kommetjie, a haven for surfers, hikers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts. Within walking distance, guests can find small shops and restaurants, promising a delightful culinary experience. The single-storey house has two en-suite bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. The living/dining room features a double sleeper couch and a sofa bed, which can accommodate two children.
