Perlemoen View is a beachfront accommodation located in Bloubergstrand, situated on the coast approximately 20 minutes' drive from the Cape Town city center. The property offers full views of the sea and the mountains. It provides accommodation in two Sea-facing Suites, a Family Wing, and two Standard Rooms. The Sea-facing Suites consist of a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, a sleeper couch, and a private balcony with views of the sea and mountains. The Family Wing contains three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have full sea and mountain views and a balcony, as well as a small lounge with DStv.

The Standard Rooms feature a double bed and a shower. Bloubergstrand is known for its white sandy beaches, offering a spectacular view of the renowned Table Mountain and the city of Cape Town. Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, can also be clearly seen from the beach in Bloubergstrand.
