Phantom Acres is a property located in an amphitheatre formed by the back of Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles, and the Constantiaberg mountains. It faces north, capturing the sunshine and offering lovely views. The property features a large swimming pool and a garden with many shady trees, suitable for relaxing with a book.

The main house comprises three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable twin beds. It has a large upstairs lounge that opens onto a sun deck with uninterrupted forest views. The well-appointed yellowwood kitchen is downstairs and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave, providing easy access to outdoor living areas. An indoor braai doubles as a cosy winter fireplace in the enclosed dining patio off the kitchen. Large sliding doors open out to the pool area.

The Orangekloof Cottage is an open-plan unit ideal for smaller families. It features a queen-size bed, large double bunk beds, a kitchenette, and a cosy lounge with breathtaking views. The Yellowwood Cabin, tucked away in the trees, is designed for honeymoon couples and offers a secluded deck and a glass-roof bedroom.

Steps lead to all the units on the property. Guests can enjoy easy access to Hout Bay and Llundudno beaches, as well as the V&A Waterfront. The Constantia Wine Route is nearby, and Hout Bay Village offers a supermarket, a fishing harbour, and numerous restaurants.

Recently renovated, with views over the treetops, the cottage has a room with a queen-size bed and a shower-only bathroom. The lounge features a bunk bed, Wi-Fi, and a TV with local channels. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and opens to a private patio.
