Pippin Lofts @ Brooklyn offers a self-catering garden cottage that can accommodate up to four guests. The cottage has an under-covered patio with a built-in braai area and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, providing views of the beautiful garden. It is equipped with an alarm system and 24-hour armed response, as well as an intercom linked to the main entrance for visitors.

The air-conditioned cottage consists of one bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser, a stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table located in the large living area. The lounge is furnished with a sleeper couch, a TV with DStv and a DVD player, and opens onto the under-cover patio. Additionally, there is a study area fitted with a writing desk and chair. Smoking is not permitted within the cottage.

Bookings exceeding seven days will receive a weekly cleaning service, and fresh towels and linen will be provided. Laundry facilities and a daily cleaning service can be arranged upon request. Groceries can also be supplied, and internet access can be arranged at an additional cost.
