Plankiesplesier

Plankiesplesier is a beachfront holiday cottage situated right on the sea edge at Dana Bay near Mossel Bay. It offers a 180-degree view of the Indian Ocean and Vleesbaai, providing one of the best ocean views. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped for entertaining. There is a dining and lounge area with a TV that overlooks the ocean through large glass windows.

An open sundeck, with the crashing waves below, presents an ideal spot for enjoying a sundowner after a long day of activities. In the backyard, there is a large braai facility for indulging in traditional South African cuisine. A laundry room is located next to the cellar, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.

Additionally, a separate apartment with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom is available next to the house for larger families, at an extra cost. Linen and towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

Plankiesplesier is situated right in front of one of the well-known fishing spots. The cottage is just 10 minutes away from the golf courses of Mossel Bay and Pinnacle Point, as well as the driving range at Hartenbos. A popular spot for hang gliders is located approximately 50 meters from the cottage. The Langberg Mall between Hartenbos and Mossel Bay is about a 10-minute drive away.

Guests can choose from a variety of deep-sea fishing charters, speedboat cruises, cage diving, island trips, and helicopter flips, all part of a seasonal entertainment program. For adrenaline junkies, there is a bungee jump facility at the Gouritz River bridge on the N2 to Albertinia.
