Playa Del Mar 1 is a self-catering holiday apartment situated in the Manaba beach area, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal province. It is located in a captivating region renowned for its golden beaches, serene lagoons, rocky coves, grassy slopes, and the warm embrace of the Indian Ocean. The area features sunny weather, sub-tropical forests, and vibrant vegetation, making it an attractive destination for travelers, especially during the festive season.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children comfortably. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen-size bed, while an alcove houses a tri-bunk bed, consisting of a double bed at the bottom and a cozy single bed on top. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, a modern toilet, and an elegant washbasin.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove with an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a comprehensive range of cutlery and crockery. The dining area can seat 5 people, complemented by a serene lounge area with a sumptuous lounge suite and a flat-screen TV offering select DStv channels. For added comfort, ceiling fans are installed in the main bedroom, lounge, kitchen, and patio, while pre-paid air-conditioning is available in the lounge and main bedroom.

The charming balcony offers sweeping ocean vistas and features gas braai facilities for alfresco dining. The complex also provides communal braai facilities for gatherings. Parking is available for one vehicle in a single lock-up garage, and additional open guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Luxurious linen is provided, but towels are not included.
