The establishment features an eight-sleeper dormitory fully equipped with white linen, bath towels, built-in cupboards, a dressing table, and a full en-suite bathroom. The spacious twin rooms are furnished with built-in cupboards, dressing tables, hairdryers, and white linen and bath towels for the guests' convenience. Additionally, there is a cozy two-sleeper dormitory with a bunk bed, white linen, and bath towels.

Plett Backpackers provides a lovely living room with comfortable couches for relaxation and a fully-equipped self-catering kitchen to cater to guests' needs. The establishment features its own "Oregon Pub" with a pool table and board games for entertainment. A deck offers a 270-degree view of Plettenberg Bay, where guests can admire the scenery in the mornings.

An activity center handles bookings for various adventures in and around the area. After a day of activities, guests can unwind on the deck with an ice-cold beer and a traditional South African braai.
