Pride Rock Safari is a game reserve located approximately 30 kilometers east of Vryheid, covering an area of 533 hectares. It is fully enclosed by a game fence. The reserve is home to various animal species, including Eland, Zebra, Golden Split blue Wilde Beast, Common Reed Buck, Kudu, Impala, Grey Duiker, Steen Buck, Grey Rib Buck, Bush Pig, and Jackal. Additionally, it features an abundance of different bird species.

The reserve features a diverse array of trees and plants, as well as beautiful caves, cliffs, and the origin of the Mkuze River. Two scenic waterfalls along the Mkuze River and a cave containing bushman paintings, along with various ancient klip kraals (stone enclosures), are among the natural attractions found within the reserve.

The reserve aims to conserve this natural paradise and welcomes nature lovers from all over the world to experience and share in its beauty. Accommodation options include the main farmhouse and 35 camping spots with communal ablution facilities. A venue overlooking a waterfall on the Mkuze River, with a hang bridge connecting to the opposite side, is planned for construction.

Visitors have the opportunity to observe animals in their natural habitat, witness the abundance of bird species, explore the caves and cliffs, and marvel at the origin of the Mkuze River, waterfalls, bushman paintings in a cave, and ancient klip kraals. Comfortable en-suite rooms with showers, basins, toilets, bunk beds, and complimentary amenities are available, with daily room service and tea/coffee-making facilities provided.
