Pringle Beach House

Pringle Beach House is a well-designed modern beach house located in Pringle Bay, a tranquil coastal village situated an hour's drive from Cape Town. The house offers accommodation for up to nine guests, comprising five splendid bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is situated two minutes away from a pristine beach and located between the Klein and Groot Hangklip Mountains, offering amazing mountain views.

The lower level of the house features four large bedrooms and three bathrooms, with showers in three bathrooms and a bath in one. The upper floor comprises an open-plan living cum dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which is also used as the television lounge. The main living area upstairs allows guests to enjoy views of the Hangklip Mountains and beautiful sunsets. An expansive terrace flows from the living area, equipped with a built-in barbecue for leisure activities.

Pringle Bay is situated in a World Heritage site and offers various outdoor activities, including scenic walks from Harold Porter Botanical Gardens and nearby Kleinmond, a well-known African penguin colony in Betty's Bay, and crayfish catching in summer. Whale watching is available between June and November, and golfing opportunities can be found at the local Kleinmond course or the 5 Star Arabella estate approximately 30 km away.
