Providence 40

Providence 40 is a self-catering holiday unit situated in Ramsgate, offering picturesque views of the Blue Flag Main Beach and the lagoon just a few metres away. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds. A baby cot is available upon request. It features a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area that includes a double sleeper couch and a TV with DStv connection, although guests need to bring their own smart card and decoder.

The apartment features a lovely patio with a portable braai and stunning views of the lagoon and Indian Ocean. It is situated within a secure complex that provides coded gates, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and under-cover parking. Additionally, there is a communal braai area at the swimming pool and a jungle gym for children. During the main tourist seasons, guests can participate in entertainment activities on the beach and take a paddle boat with their children out on the river.

The area offers various golf courses, such as Southbroom, Margate, and San la Meer, and the apartment is only 22 km from the Wild Coast Sun Golf Course and Wild Coast Sun Casino. Oribi Gorge is also nearby, offering the best hiking trails. Several well-known restaurants, including Blue Lagoon, Crayfish Inn, Waffle House, and Lobster Pot, are within walking distance. Guests can enjoy superb fishing from the rocks at Ramsgate Beach, complete with a lovely walkway along the sea towards Margate in the north and Southbroom in the south. Furthermore, there is a ski boat club at Ramsgate for deep-sea fishing adventures.
