Pumula Lodge

Pumula Lodge is a 4-star graded establishment located on a private game farm between Modimolle (Nylstroom) and Bela Bela (Warmbad). The lodge offers an immersive experience in the African wilderness, where guests can encounter various wildlife species such as zebras, blesbok, impalas, wildebeests, nyalas, and smaller game animals.

The lodge comprises two family units and two one-bedroom units, catering to different accommodation needs. The Themba family unit sleeps up to eight guests, with three bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and built-in cupboards. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom shares a bathroom with the loft area. The loft provides two single beds, making it suitable for children or additional guests. This unit includes a fully fitted kitchen, an open-plan living and kitchen area with air-conditioning, a spacious patio with a boma braai area, a private splash pool, and a shaded garden.

The Jabulani family unit accommodates up to six guests, offering two bedrooms with queen-size beds, built-in cupboards, and air-conditioning. The loft area has two single beds for extra guests or children. This unit features a fully fitted kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, a covered patio with a braai area, and a private splash pool.

For a more intimate stay, two self-catering one-bedroom units are available. Each unit consists of one large bedroom with a queen-size bed and built-in cupboards, an open-plan bathroom with an outdoor shower, a bunk bed for two children under 12 years old, a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a TV and DStv channels, and a braai area. These units share a splash pool situated in the peaceful bush, just 30 meters away.

Guests can enjoy self-guided game drives, mountain biking, walking trails, canoeing, and fishing (guests must bring their own rods and tackle) on the property. A playground is also available for children near the units. The owners, who reside on the farm, provide personalized attention and exceptional service throughout the guests' stay.
