Puschka Farm is an idyllic pet-friendly lifestyle property nestled in the Naauwpoort Valley, in the foothills of the Magaliesberg mountain range. The scenic property, traversed by the Hex river, offers excellent opportunities for nature enthusiasts and is particularly notable for its rich birdlife. The location provides strong Vodacom and Cell C coverage, though MTN reception is limited.

The farm features three distinct self-catering accommodations. Puschka House, the largest unit, is positioned across the river from the main farmhouse and is surrounded by towering gum trees, creating an authentic South African farmhouse atmosphere. This spacious four-bedroom property can accommodate eight guests, featuring three queen-size beds and two single beds, complemented by two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house includes a well-appointed living area with a fireplace, DStv, and a large kitchen featuring a traditional wood-burning stove. A private plunge pool and braai facilities enhance the outdoor experience.

Puschka Writer's Cottage and Stone Cottage are both intimate one-bedroom retreats ideal for couples. The Writer's Cottage, situated on the same side as the main house, includes a living room with a fireplace, compact kitchen, and shower bathroom. The Stone Cottage, located 100 meters from the main farmhouse on the opposite riverbank, offers similar amenities with the addition of a bath. Both cottages operate off-grid with 12V lighting systems and feature private plunge pools, stoeps, and braai areas.

The property offers various recreational activities, including hiking trails leading to panoramic valley views, perfect for sundowners on the rocky outcrops. Visitors can enjoy picnic spots along the river, observe local wildlife including kudu, jackal, bushbuck, warthog, and rarely-seen leopard, or interact with the farm's animals, which include Nguni cattle, Meatmaster sheep, chickens, and horses. Mountain biking is also available, and the farm hosts seasonal culinary weekends under professional chef guidance.

Both smaller cottages are designed for romantic getaways, offering privacy and exclusive facility use, while maintaining their pet-friendly status. Breakfast can be arranged with advance notice, and all accommodations are well-maintained, providing comfortable country escapes in this scenic valley setting.
