Raasmeraai

The Raasmeraai is a well-equipped self-catering holiday home located near Kleinbaai and Gansbaai, a local town. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bath and swimming towels, as well as one set of linen per bed, are provided. The property is fully enclosed by a wall and a remote sliding gate. There is parking space for three cars inside the yard. Security features include an alarm system, burglar bars, and 24-hour armed response.

The top floor has a deck with mountain and sea views. There is a large flat-screen TV with a dual DStv decoder. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and an electric water purifying system. The dining room has a table with eight chairs. All rooms are spacious and have good quality mattresses.

The indoor braai area has a flat-screen smart TV with a DStv decoder and a two-plate gas stove. The garden features a large, safe, and fenced playground for children. Outside, there is a barbecue drum and a Weber grill available.

The house offers stunning views of the mountains and partial sea views. Hermanus is a 45-minute drive away, while Cape Town and the airport are approximately 1.5 hours away. The property is situated about 400 meters from the sea.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Another bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a large separate bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, basin, and a spacious work area. On the top floor, there is also a double sleeper couch.
