The residence offers 116 square meters of relaxed, open-plan living space with an indoor-outdoor flow and two en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for couples seeking privacy or three guests traveling together.

The apartment features magnificent mountain views from its covered patio, perfect for starting the day with a leisurely breakfast or relaxing over cocktails at sunset. It is fully air-conditioned for cooling and heating, and features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace for the winter months. The open-plan living area is light and airy, with a beautifully designed and fully-equipped kitchen-diner that includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven with integrated microwave, and a wine cooler. A Nespresso machine, milk frother, and a vast selection of specialty teas are provided complimentary.

For guests who wish to do their own laundry, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an electric iron, and an ironing board are available.
