Ramblinn, 97 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

Ramblinn, located at 97 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach, is an older cottage with direct beach access and proximity to a lagoon. It offers an authentic beach holiday experience. The spacious living area opens onto a vast flat lawn, ideal for children to expend energy through activities like volleyball or cricket. A portable pool can be brought as there is ample space available.

The cottage is well-secured with fencing, gates, an alarm system, and armed response from the road and neighbors. However, the front of the property is enclosed only by shrubbery, and there is an ungated pathway leading directly to the sea sand. All linen is provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels and beach towels. The home is serviced and has braai facilities (Weber), DSTV, but no pool. Wi-Fi is available, but it relies on the Vodacom signal.

The cottage accommodates ten guests comfortably in three bedrooms and a dormitory, with two bathrooms. The open-plan lounge and dining room area lead to a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and washing lines, are provided. A veranda with furniture is available.

The main bedroom features a king-size, extra-length bed. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. The dormitory has four single beds. The first bathroom includes a toilet, bath, and basin, while the second bathroom has a toilet, shower, and basin. There is also a separate guest toilet.

It is important to note that the cottage does not accommodate groups of adults, catering strictly for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed, and pets are not permitted. During peak season (December and January), minimum stay requirements vary, and shorter stays may be considered once the owner has their primary booking secured.
