Raven House

Raven House is a self-catering accommodation located in West Beach, Bloubergstrand. It is a six-sleeper home suitable for various types of guests, including families, honeymooners, business travelers, and kiteboarders. The property is situated within a four-minute drive from the popular Bloubergstrand kiteboarding beachfront and in close proximity to restaurants, shops, malls, and a wine route. West Beach is approximately 19 kilometers from Cape Town City Center and 28 kilometers from Cape Town International Airport.

The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a sunroom, and an outdoor entertainment area with a pool and a gas barbeque. It is equipped with a Smart Television that offers access to Netflix, providing a wide range of movies, series, and documentaries for both adults and children. Guests can enjoy uncapped WiFi and a backup power system to ensure uninterrupted stay during power outages (load shedding).

The fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, crockery, and some cleaning detergents. The house is child-friendly, with plastic kitchenware available for children. A camping cot and high chair can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Bath towels and soap are provided for guests.

Please note that Raven House may not be booked for parties or social gatherings, such as bachelor or bachelorette parties. The management reserves the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect if this rule is breached.
