Redberry Farm

Redberry Farm is a family-oriented destination located in Blanco, George, in the Western Cape's Garden Route region of South Africa. The establishment operates Monday through Saturday from 9am to 4pm, closing on Sundays, Christmas Day, and Good Friday.

The farm is renowned for offering strawberries year-round, both for picking and purchase at their Farm Stall. Their facility includes multiple attractions and eateries, featuring the world's largest strawberry structure and the Southern Hemisphere's largest permanent hedge maze. Visitors can enjoy various activities including the Redberry Express train, pedal and electric go-karts, bubble ball, bumper boats, a playground, pony rides, and their popular rabbit enclosure.

The farm maintains a no-entrance-fee policy, with visitors paying only for specific activities. Their Farm Stall sells various products including apparel, body products, jams, syrups, and preserves.

For accommodation, they offer a charming two-bedroom self-catering cottage dating from the early 1900s. The cottage, which sleeps four, features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, bathroom with shower, and a furnished patio overlooking the Outeniqua Mountains. The property is strategically located 4km from George Airport, 3km from Fancourt, and 10km from George's city center.

Special offerings include birthday freebies, pensioner specials on Tuesdays, and Thursday croissant specials. The venue also caters to school tours, functions, and children's birthday parties. For health and safety reasons, only guide dogs are permitted on the premises, and outside food is not allowed.
