Reflections Guest Farm is a 70-hectare farm resort situated in the picturesque Tulbagh Valley, Western Cape, South Africa, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Cape Town. The property features a collection of self-catering accommodations overlooking the central Reflections Dam, with stunning views of the Winterhoek, Obiqua, Saronsburg, and Witzenberg Mountains.
The accommodation options include two houses and four cottages. The Obiqua House offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the Cedarberg House provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottages range from studio suites to two-bedroom units, including Winterhoek Cottage, Witzenberg Cottage, Kasteelberg Cottage, and Perdeberg Cottage. All accommodations feature fully equipped kitchens, private braai (BBQ) areas, indoor fireplaces, and air conditioning.
Each unit comes furnished with DSTV (including sports, M-Net, and children's channels), and daily servicing is provided. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming well-behaved dogs with prior arrangement, though guests must provide their own pet supplies. The farm also features the Reflections Chapel, which can accommodate up to 120 guests for special events.
Guests can enjoy various activities on the property, including swimming in both the pool and dam, bass fishing (with rods available for hire), and complimentary use of two rowing boats. The surrounding area offers opportunities for wine tasting, art gallery visits, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, and zip lining. The location is particularly notable for its spectacular sunrise and sunset views over the mountains and star-filled night skies.
It should be noted that the facility does not operate a generator during load shedding periods. The property is designed to accommodate both romantic retreats and family vacations, with strict adult supervision required for children.
